Year One began their new topic all about ‘those magnificent men in their flying machines’ – great inventors and adventurers in flight!
We began by acting out what it would be like to try and invent a way for humans to fly. We tried to make wooden spoons fly and tested our ideas.
Do you think it was easy for people to invent flying machines in the past?
